Chairman
Nelson Torbeck called the meeting to order and appointed Scott Torbeck as
temporary secretary. The trustees
received a bid of $*,*** ($*,*** each, which is the same as last year) from Mr.
and Mrs. Allen Sasse for the custodian position.
A motion to accept the bid
received a second and passed.
The meeting was then
adjourned.
